What will be the process of resolution in such a scenario? And how can an organisation ascertain the status of their complaint?

@Jannetmusotsi I suspect in this scenario, we will likely see the candidate for Ombudsperson or in case no good candidate is found - a bureau member - to take up this position. They would be tasked with acknowledging receipt to the complainant,
and forwarding the matter to the Bureau or Committee of Discipline and Arbitrage based on the proper criteria - hence contact person. This person cannot be an independent mediator/negotiator like the Ombudsperson as that requires, in my eyes, a mandate. The contact person is just to have a single point of access to the appropriate channels.
