- Drop support for php <= 7.1 - Require runkit7 3.1.0a1 or 4.0+ - Add a note that opcache optimizations should be disabled when using runkit7 due to runkit7 making opcache's optimization assumptions unsafe. - Run Phan, fix bug tracking which global functions were instrumented when there was more than one global function
