There are some restrictions on repository forks that prevents creating comments on the PR, because:
1- The GITHUB_TOKEN has read-only access.
2- Events from forks cannot access secrets(Including PAT).

Instead of that, the Publish action will show them in logs like this one:

@david-paulus-saad at this point it would be better to detach the fork. There is nothing to sync upstream anyway. What do you think?

@KhaledSakr Yes, but the new repository will not retain any of its issues, pull requests, wikis, stars, watchers, comments, child forks, or other metadata that may currently be associated with the current fork, but all git commit metadata will be preserved.
