Add support for selecting TUI themes via config file, CLI flag, or environment variable. Users can choose from sley (default), and the available ones from charmbracelet/huh.

Description
Add support for configurable TUI themes, allowing users to customize the CLI appearance. The custom "sley" theme remains the default, with additional available themes from
charmbracelet/huh.Configuration methods (priority order):
