We'd better have an icon to indicate there are event handlers in the widget and clicking it will bring up the event handler dialog

I think the icon is too big and the lightening should have two branches instead of three.

Using setTimeout is not reliable and should be avoid if possible. A better solution might be to extract the event handler code to a function in eventHandler.js so that both property view and outline view can call it.
