If reconnection failed, reload the page and show the user the "join the conference" page.

How Has This Been Tested?
Create a call of at least 2 users and keep switching between different wi-fi connections until reconnection fails with an unrecoverable error, and re-joining is triggered. Typically happens on reconnect number 4.
Additional Notes
Creates zombie users on join due to the server's bug PB-5895
