docs: use return tag for Portugal return guide examples

Summary

Updates the Portuguese return guide examples to use the new return document tag instead of manually setting the SAF-T movement type extension.

Context

Upstream GOBL added a return delivery tag that, when present, automatically sets the pt-saft-movement-type extension to GD (Guia de Devolução). This is the recommended way to flag a delivery as a return going forward.

Changes

• Replace the manual pt-saft-movement-type: GD extension with $tags: ["return"] in the minimal AT return guide and "return from global waybill" snippets.
• Reflect the tag in the built versions of the same snippets.
• Update the AT Portugal document accordion to describe the tag-driven behaviour instead of the explicit extension override.
