Bumping phive-rules to 4.3.5 and phive to 12.0.3#11
Merged
Conversation
phive-rules 4.3.5 (released 2026-05-28) is the current upstream — picks up the latest Peppol BIS 3 and PINT releases and brings the OIOUBL schematron registrations closer to ERST's production schematron 1.17.1 (live 2026-05-18). The engine bump (phive 12.0.0 -> 12.0.3) is required because phive-rules 4.3.5 was compiled against phive 12.0.3 (per phive-rules-parent-pom). Without it, rule registration fails at runtime with NoClassDefFoundError on com.helger.phive.xml.executorset.VesXmlBuilder. Local smoke test: 849 validation executor sets register cleanly on startup (9 standards' worth, no errors). Validates the bump is self-consistent.
