This provides the user the exact definitions, especially important for the OBS file that could be a source of confusion for new users. This builds off of suggested updates in isofit/isofit#609 that we discussed last year.
I was thinking it could nice to have this in Apply OE notebook as this I believe is the logical first place for people to look when running isofit for the first time.
