The four materials in the deltag.aarhus.dk Vosnæs prototype previously pointed at dead "#" anchors, so reviewers could not open the underlying documents. Wire each to its actual public PDF (plandata.dk and dagsordener.aarhus.dk) so the mock behaves like the real hearing detail. Co-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
