Ignore fuzz crash artifacts, remove duplicate IVFSQ8 branches in db_open, add gv_test_remove_db for WAL-safe cleanup, portable repl_tcp paths and corrupt_wal stat, macOS libmicrohttpd in CI, and DiskANN/IVFDisk docs.
Finish repo-hardening on chore/repo-hardening: migrate backup/crypto tests off fixed /tmp paths, make corrupt_snapshot.sh portable on macOS, run additional DST oracles in the fuzz job, and document DiskANN tuning in performance.md.
