- Added a mention of the optional color alpha transparency argument
- Change the other color in Colors example to a transparent blue, named 'water'
- Added an example with all Isomer options in the end of the 'Getting started' section
- Created a new CSS class, .comment, which I also sprinkled all over the page wherever there were comments in the code blocks.

I hope the explanations for Isomer options get double checked, as I'm not that familiar with the project. Also, if you for some reason dislike the |
