Script for Google Sheets
As per https://community.smartthings.com/t/withdrawn-log-events-to-google-sheets/36719/115: Charles_Schwer: I have no plans at this time to come back. If you have downloaded the code, feel free to continue to use it. I released it with the Apache license v2 so there are no restrictions on continued use. Thanks

I merged the one commit from https://github.com/derekpurdy/googleDocsLogging (change the date ordering).
I added a LICENSE.md for the whole repo, as the SmartApp was licensed Apache 2.0 and he mentioned he was keeping that way here: https://community.smartthings.com/t/withdrawn-log-events-to-google-sheets/36719/113.
I added the Google Sheets script in a new file (Code.gs).
I updated the README.md to include the instruction for creating a new spreadsheet from scratch.
