I must have had different versions of things installed when I last updated this. It was not loading using the ReactDOM.createRoot API, and the graphql endpoint was incorrect.

This change automatically links the version of rescript-apollo-client into the EXAMPLES workspace, so that you can use the local repository version instead of relying on a version to be published
