Found the @hasechris fork and tested it on my regular paperless-ngx instance, integrating a rule for on of my custom field. It works like a charm ! Should be nice to merge in the original package |

finally I got the custom_fields working. Sorry for the big time loss on my side here.
Please test this code really well and in-depth. I still think I dont know what I'm doing :-D
