Loop invariants had a similar problem like method contracts (the /*@ was missing).
Example:

class Loop1 {
    /*@ public invariant x>=0; @*/
    private /*@ spec_public @*/ int x;
}

was printed as:

class Loop1 {
    public invariant x>=0;
    private /*@ spec_public @*/ int x;
}
