Those libraries are nokogiri and ffi which needs native C extensions.
Also fixes the reference to local time and adds a temp switch to not show the `-` even when there is a speaker given
1. Added Mainmatter as the dinner sponsor 2. Fixed minor alignment bug in individual schedule days
1. Swapped the positions of dinner and livestream sponsors 2. Adjusted dinner sponsor size
This reverts commit 81023fe.
