Download MMTx from http://catissuecore.wustl.edu/caties_datafiles/ b. Download Metathesaurus from http://catissuecore.wustl.edu/caties_datafiles/ Directories ======================================== modules: This folder contains files related to various caTissue modules SQL: This folder has all the database creation SQL scripts in it Files ======================================== build.xml: This is the main deploy process that manages all of the project to project dependencies, and has a call-through ability to deploy any subproject. install.properties: Before installing the application, all parameters required for the deployment process are expected to be defined by the user in this file.
