This PR updates the repo’s pinned WordPress/WooCommerce dev dependencies, refreshes the generated WooCommerce symbols database, and modernizes automation around dependency/workflow maintenance.
Changes:
- Bumped dev dependencies to WordPress
^7.0and WooCommerce^11.0, with correspondingcomposer.lockupdates. - Updated the “Extract symbols” GitHub Actions workflow (action pinning + documentation).
