Categorizes ~370 bugs across Lighthouse's lifetime by stack location and bug class, built by scanning sigp/lighthouse issues + PRs (open and closed), their conversations, and the fix diffs. - MASTER-REPORT.md: 12 recurring cross-cutting root-cause patterns, distribution by class/severity, prioritized early-detection toolkit. - STRUCTURAL-ANALYSIS.md: which patterns are still structurally live in current `unstable` vs already addressed, classified redesign/harness/ process and weighted by severity x recency, with a priority order. - Ten per-subsystem reports + shared method (SCHEMA.md) and README index.
