docs(readme): quickstart provider list reflects all shipped adapters - #227

The wizard now offers five providers (bedrock + openrouter landed), but the quickstart still enumerated only anthropic/openai/google. Point to the shipped- adapters table below instead (robust to future providers) and note Bedrock's AWS-credential-chain exception to the "enter an API key" step.
