This commit changes input fields to textarea for before snapshot, after snapshot, before folder and afterfolder. Number of rows is 5 to keep consistency with other input fields. New component was created for effective fields, so that it mirrors fields in column Defined. Solves #4179 from kopia repo.

Hello,
I have created a change for my ticket kopia/kopia#4179.
It changes input fields for actions (both snapshot and folder) into text areas. So now
if a multiline script is added it can be easily readable as a script and not a weird one-liner
that has to be awkwardly scrolled through.
