As requested by CNCF in cncf/sandbox#154 (comment)

This updates the Hugo version of the documentation and only the kpt documentation (https://kptdocs.netlify.app/).
I would not spend time to add a footer to the legacy docs, we plan to move away from it as soon as the domains are transferred.
