Addresses Issue #44
Converted to .Net Standard, targeting .Net Standard 2.0 and .Net Framework 4.6.1. Updated RestSharp and Json.Net to latest versions as well.
Smoke tested in a .Net Core and a .Net Framework app and both worked. If a Pre-release NuGet was created from this I could test it with the .Net Core app I am currently working on. Already have done some testing with that app and have so far been successful.
