Bump the Java (pom.xml) and Python (pyproject.toml, uv.lock) lance-namespace dependency from 0.7.2 to 0.8.6. The 0.8.x changes to the consumed API surface are additive only (new default methods on LanceNamespace, new branch exception types), so no implementation changes are required.

Bumps the
lance-namespacedependency from 0.7.2 to 0.8.6 (latest stable) for both Java and Python.The 0.8.x changes to the consumed API surface are additive only — new
defaultmethods on theLanceNamespaceinterface (table branches, materialized views, field metadata) and new branch exception types — so no implementation changes are required. All consumed request/response model classes are unchanged.Updated:
