Glue 0.3.0 left namespaceExists on the Lance interface default (UNSUPPORTED), which broke CREATE NAMESPACE IF NOT EXISTS after catalog error mapping in lance-format#638. Depends on lance-namespace-impls 0.3.1 (lance-format/lance-namespace-impls#126). Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
