Adding a button to select the workspace in the web dashboard. This should allow users to flexibly point URSA at different places from the web dashboard.
Currently probably makes some junk folders in the dashboard workspace that we will want to clean up, but for now this should give functionality that @ndebard was really hoping for in #236 and beyond.
