Fix warnings in php 8.4 by upgrading to laravel-zero 12 Remove spatie/once dependency

Guys is there a reason we are not merging this? The warnings do pop up on php 8.4, not a huge issue but it feels a bit weird seeing depreciation warnings every time we run |

We also migrated our application to PHP 8.4 recently and started to having these warnings. It would be useful to get this merged. |
