Use this repo to:
- Watch this repo to get status updates which we will post as Announcements.
- Ask questions regarding our open positions, hiring process, working at Level 12, or similar
Our intention is to respond timely to any questions posted here.
Due to the limitations involved in GitHub watch notifications, users can't subscribe to only Announcement discussions.
If you want notifications from us but not for all discussions posted, use the Google Group instead (see below).
We take some risk being open like this around hiring. There is a reason why most companies don't do it and it has to do with the headaches and time investment mostly caused by bad actors.
Therefore, we have these requirements regarding participation:
- Professional: interact with us here like you would if we hired you
- No application status questions: if you've applied, use the direct channels we've setup as part of our application process to interact with us. Don't ask for application status updates here.
- No automation or LLMs here. You'll get humans on our side that's what we expect on your side.
- No trolling or un-constructive criticism:
- Acceptable: "I think this section on your jobs description is a bit confusing. Can you clarify..."
- Unacceptable: "You suck because...Can't believe you didn't respond to me...etc."
We aren't going to expend a lot of energy moderating. If you violate our terms, we may delete your content rather than respond. If it's a flagrant violation, we will probably ban you.
