💡 Background and solution

This library have a dependency on the old Material UI v4 (@material-ui/core), but now Material UI changed to @mui/material and have new versions, so I propose to update the Material UI version so this library can serve better newest projects.

This PR includes:

• new minimum dependency of @mui/material >=5.0.0 and required changes;
• upgrade of storybook to its latest version (9.0.12) and required changes;
• upgrade fontsource-roboto to @fontsource/roboto (^5.0.0)
