chore(skills): move example templates to examples/skills/#52

custom-skill-prompt and custom-skill-python are templates, not real skills. Move them to examples/skills/ so they don't show up in the FangHub registry listing. Also remove legacy skill.toml files; SKILL.md is now the canonical format.
