Add comprehensive debugging for output saving and zh-TW processing

- Show detailed list of outputs to be saved (English + translated)
- Display what files were actually saved (MD and HTML)
- Show writer_outputs and translated_outputs keys when final_outputs is empty
- Help diagnose why zh-TW files are not being saved
