This PR contains a proof of concept for revision import/export in the Test- and Assessment components. To ensure that the concept works not only in the current
trunk, but also supports long-term changes in the components, we have implemented an example export for the upcoming question type revision.These changes are based on the work from kergomard#3. This proof of concept is being developed for ILIAS 12 with PHP 8.4.
