Summary

• bump MARKETING_VERSION from 0.9.8 to 0.9.9
• increment CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION from 52 to 53
• prepare the patch release containing S3/R2 streaming uploads (fix: stream S3/R2 uploads to stop Capso quitting after recording #224), optional update-check controls (feat: let users turn off or reschedule the update check #220), and capso://grab/all-in-one (feat: add capso://grab/all-in-one automation URL #223)

Validation

• version bump only in project.yml
• release build/notarization will run after the v0.9.9 tag is pushed

Overview
Prepares the 0.9.9 patch release by updating shared XcodeGen settings in project.yml: MARKETING_VERSION 0.9.8 → 0.9.9 and CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION 52 → 53.

Those values flow into the app bundle via Info.plist (CFBundleShortVersionString / CFBundleVersion). No application code changes in this PR.
