Added the possibility to recalculate height when the height of the document changes due to css classes being added/removed (see the updated readme).
When the height has changed, a resize event is triggered, causing angular-auto-height to recalculate the height.
This is useful when dynamically changing the height of elements (and thus the document as a whole) when collapsing/expanding sections using http://angular-ui.github.io/bootstrap/#/collapse
