i saw the latest image was same as 1.5.9 that should be work and the preomethus has deprecated. |

This fixes the w3bstream docker-compose file, and uses the latest 1.5.9 images, as the main and latest tags for w3bstream and w3bstream-studio haven't been updated in a long time
