Add sample.gpr

• Adds a minimal Ghidra project test sample for validating existing .gpr project support introduced in PR #3087.
• Includes a small analyzed Ghidra project (.gpr + .rep) to exercise project loading and program selection logic.
• This test data enables validation of direct project reuse without temporary project creation or binary re-import.
• Used by the new Ghidra backend flow for analyzing already-analyzed projects directly through capa.

As per my understanding, we need all the files to test it. Will read about it again and confirm.
