🎯 What: Adds a catch block to AmbientBiotaDirector.WriteTelemetryHeartbeat to safely intercept exceptions before the finally block runs, preventing telemetry errors from silently crashing or unhandledly bubbling up the main heartbeat. Also adds the missing error test to ensure TargetInvocationException bubbles correctly to NSubstitute and tests our native exception paths.
📊 Coverage: The exception path inside TryResolveTelemetryBuffers when handling the AmbientBiotaTelemetryEntry ring buffer is now validated to securely complete and call ReleaseMutationGuard.
✨ Result: Improved robustness by correctly catching heartbeat exceptions and ensuring the mutation guard is always cleanly released.
