These are unreleased and a specific develop commit, but we're the only ones who have made changes so far to the develop branch, so should be fine.

This allows us to avoid writing our own schema management glue and keep mjolnir idiomatic with the rest of the appservices that depend on matrix-appservice-bridge.
The library they have used for this store is https://www.npmjs.com/package/postgres that uses tagged templates which is pretty exciting.
