Added two new functions: duoSendSMSInstallation & duoSendSMSActivationCode
Updated .gitignore to ignore launch.json files created by vscode.

I added the functions duoSendSMSInstallation and duoSendSMSActivationCode. This will allow the sending of installation instructions and activation code.
