  • Added the ability to parse TSVs
  • We added tests that no longer depend on the old implementation (which also did not have tests)
    • We parse the test csv with the unstable parser.
    • Pretty-print the resulting DataFrame back into a canonical CSV form
    • We then parse the pretty-printed output again with the unstable parser.
    • Finally we assert that the two DataFrames are equal.

Looks good. The test cases are really thorough. Every time I was about to say "what about X" the test case existed. Thanks.
