docs: fix broken title and badge links in README

Description

This PR fixes broken links in the README.md file by updating all references from the old repository name daily-python-scripts to the new name python-scripts. This ensures that all GitHub links, badges, and documentation references point to the correct repository.

Changes Made

• Badge Links: Updated GitHub badge URLs for issues, forks, stars, and license to use python-scripts instead of daily-python-scripts
• Documentation Links: Fixed links to CONTRIBUTING.md and HACKTOBERFEST.md files
• Title Update: Changed the main repository title from "Daily Python Scripts" to "Python Scripts" to reflect the new repository name

Motivation

The repository was renamed from daily-python-scripts to python-scripts, requiring all hardcoded links and references to be updated to prevent 404 errors and maintain proper navigation for contributors and users.

Testing

• Verified all links now point to the correct repository: https://github.com/metafy-social/python-scripts
• Confirmed README renders properly with updated badges and links
