Bug: MDX frontmatter uses incorrect YAML list format

The frontmatter openapi field uses a YAML list format (- openapi:) instead of the standard key-value format (openapi:) used by all other MDX files in the codebase. This inconsistency will likely cause frontmatter parsing to fail or behave unexpectedly. Additionally, the path was changed from /es/discovery-openapi.json to /discovery-openapi.json, missing the Spanish locale prefix that other localized files (French, Chinese, and even es/api/assistant/search.mdx) consistently use.

Bug: Spanish translations regressed back to English text

Several Spanish translations are being reverted back to English, which contradicts the PR's stated purpose of translating English to Spanish. Specifically: "IA" changed to "AI", "Análisis" to "Insights", "Cambios" to "Changelog", "Administrador" to "Admin", and "Agente" to "Agent". For comparison, the French localization correctly maintains translated terms like "IA" and "Administration". These appear to be unintended regressions from the automated translation.
