docs(changelog): catch up with per-version entries for 1.4.0 -> 1.5.1 - #127

The changelog stopped at 1.3.1 while the code moved to 1.5.1. Add a distinct, grounded entry for each release, dates matching the git tags: 1.4.0 (native async, retry/backoff, cache TTL, headers, proxy rotation, CLI --json), 1.4.1 (robots.txt, to_csv/save), 1.4.2 (github default, image attrs), 1.4.3 (pagination, retry connection/proxy), 1.4.4 (news errors, image-search validation, MCP param forwarding), 1.4.5 (async concurrency helpers, image_search schema, doc fixes), 1.4.6 (ragged rows, num_comments docs), 1.4.7 (markdown-cell escaping, cache-key double-?), 1.5.0 (Selector, extract CLI, TLS impersonation, 3.9 fix), 1.5.1 (adaptive selectors, logo).
