Adds a second job to the existing issue auto-assign workflow so opened pull requests are also assigned to
modem7, mirroring the current issue behavior. Uses the samepozil/auto-assign-issueaction already pinned in this repo, triggered onpull_request: openedwithpull-requests: writepermission.
