Add expanded test coverage for Torch.Component and Torch.Config modules

This PR addresses issue #393 by expanding test coverage for the Torch.Component and Torch.Config modules.

Changes:

Torch.Component

• Added tests for the torch_input/1 function with a form field parameter
• Added tests for the torch_input/1 function with type "string"
• Added tests for the default case of torch_input/1 (for other input types)
• Added tests for custom ID attributes
• Added tests for multiple select inputs
• Added tests for empty flash messages
• Added tests for flash message close buttons
• Added tests for translate_errors with non-existent fields

Torch.Config

• Created a new test file for the Torch.Config module
• Added tests for the otp_app/0 function
• Added tests for the i18n_backend/0 function
• Added tests for default values and nil configurations

These changes improve the test coverage of the codebase, particularly for the newer components added in v5.0.0.
