CopyProjectDataToPrm: when checksum has failed the wrong path to file is showed

CopyProjectDataToPrm.failed is saying that the checksums are wrong, look in /groups/umcg-gd/prm06/logs/NGSXXX/run01.md5.log.failed.

that file does not exist.
this should be 'run01.md5.log'
and the path should be to 'projects' instead of 'logs'

example now:
/groups/umcg-gd/prm06/logs/NGSXXX/run01.md5.log.failed

where the actual file is:
/groups/umcg-gd/prm06/projects/NGSXXX/run01.md5.log

N.B. when running the copyProjectDataToPrm script by hand the correct path is shown.
