ex_ci_doorjam_01: Simplified collision (was: 68 tris, new: 53), replaced fan topology with max area, added LODs to reduce draw calls.

ex_common_entrance_* and ex_nord_doorf_01: LODs to reduce draw calls ASAP, split up collision to minimize calculation radius. Some vcol tweaks.

ex_common_balcony_01: More severe alteration than typical:

  • Heavy vcol tweaking to replace garish and noticable bright yellow highlights with more subtle peachy tones.
  • Reworked collision mesh into several separate pieces to minimize calculation time (was: 114 tris in one mesh; new: 99 in five, though I am uncertain whether the guardrail and platform walking surface benefit from being separate)
  • Removed internal faces
  • Careful Booleaning to reduce clipping, hopefully without visibly affecting shadows (tested in MGE XE without added shaders, and in OpenMW)
  • Added LODs.
  • Original: 878 tris. New: 983/975/606/209.

ex_velothi_entrance_02:

  • Reduced texture distortion on edge strips and fixed some odd unwrapping choices on the base texture.
  • Added LODs and reduced drawcalls in them, per usual.
  • Wasn't able to reduce tri count as much as I'd like, as any decimation was obvious from distance due to heavy use of vertex colors.

Please ignore ex_ci_doorjam_01 version in this pull request, and use the version from #38 instead. The one in this PR has incomplete UV work.

…ize for Oldwind/MGE XE.

Remove ex_ci_doorjam_01.nif, as the version from a different PR should be used instead.
