Updates generator test classes to include `TestContext` and pass cancellation tokens to `RunAsync`, alongside adding a new test for primary constructor types.

Enhances the test generators to correctly identify and create tests for classes defined using C# primary constructors.
Also updates the existing test suite to integrate
TestContext.CancellationTokeninto asynchronous test runs, improving test reliability and allowing for graceful cancellation.
