Hi,
We were trying to install treys on our windows 7 64 bit machine however the error message, UnicodeDecodeError charmap codec cant decode byte 0x9d in position 70: character maps to (undefined) appears on the console.
We used the command 'pip install treys'. We also tried using pip3 and pip3.7 with no luck. We also tried upgrading pip using 'pip install --upgrade setuptools'. What do we do to fix this issue?
